Order Processing
Once you've placed an order, we spring into action. Here's our timeline:
- Order confirmation: You'll receive an email within 1 hour of purchase
- Processing: 1–3 business days to pick, pack and prepare your order
- Dispatch: We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse
- Ready to ship: Orders are typically dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding Italian public holidays)
If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you immediately and either offer a refund or the option to wait for restocking.

Free shipping: Orders over €75 to Italian addresses qualify for free standard shipping. For other destinations, ask about volume discounts.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with full tracking. Once your package is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey in real time. You can also log into your account and check tracking information whenever you like.
Tracking updates are provided by our courier partners and typically include:
- Dispatch confirmation
- In transit milestones
- Out for delivery notification
- Delivery confirmation with signature (if applicable)
Delivery Address Requirements
To ensure your order arrives safely, please provide accurate delivery information:
- Full name: As it appears on the mailbox or ID (if required for signature)
- Complete address: Street number, building/apartment number, postal code, city, country
- Contact number: A valid phone number in case the courier needs to reach you
- Special instructions: Gate codes, building access details, or preferred drop-off locations
We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by you. Always double-check your address before confirming your order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While rare, sometimes unexpected delays happen. Here's what to do:
- Check your tracking: Log into your account or click your tracking link to confirm the latest status
- Wait 2 days beyond estimated delivery: Couriers occasionally experience minor delays due to customs, weather or high volume
- Contact the courier: Use your tracking number to contact the shipping company directly if the package is significantly delayed
- Contact us: Email [email protected] with your tracking number if the package is more than 5 days late
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, we want to know immediately so we can help:
- Do not sign: If possible, politely refuse the delivery or sign "Received Damaged"
- Take photos: Document the damage to the packaging and the item inside
- Contact us within 48 hours: Email [email protected] with your order number, tracking number, and clear photos
- We'll help: We'll arrange a replacement or refund without delay
In most cases, you won't need to send the damaged item back — we'll issue a replacement immediately.
Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and selected delivery method. They're displayed clearly at checkout before you pay.
Customs and import duties: For international shipments outside the EU, some countries may charge customs duty or import tax when your package arrives. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from our shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
